The Benedetti and Tecchio families founded Bentec on 1st March 1976, surrounded by the inspiring landscapes in the town of Bento Gonçalves, in Serra Gaucha. The initial area comprised of 200m2 and the first activities included the production of cement sinks coated in Formica, a very innovative product for the time. In a short space of time, the company enhanced its production line by manufacturing Kitchen counters and cupboards.
Since then they have evolved and gained market share throughout the domestic market and in Latin America countries. Today, the brand embodies the concept of planned furniture in line with world trends. The position Bentec currently occupies in the market is the result of over four decades of constant investments in technology, service improvement and in the effort of servicing clients and partners with empathy and transparency.
